Through their coursework, students learn and develop teamwork skills as well as various methods of scientific research. Free internet access in all classrooms allows them to search available databases and other valuable online resources easily, which are useful in solving problem-based tasks and analyzing real situations from business practice, thereby complementing the theoretical knowledge gained in different courses and encouraging critical reflection on various topics.
The program is delivered at two levels: as an undergraduate program lasting three years (academic title Baccalaureus/Baccalaurea – University Bachelor of Economics, univ. bacc. oec.), and as a graduate program lasting two years (academic title Master of Economics, univ. mag. oec.).
Upon completion of the program, students are qualified to make business decisions and to successfully carry out all core managerial functions: planning, organizing, human resource management, leadership, and control.
