At the ATMC Conference in Heraklion (Crete, Greece), team members from Juraj Dobrila University of Pula proudly presented a scientific article developed on the basis of research results within the TESTEAT project.

The article, titled “Beyond Taste: Motivations and Preferences in Food and Beverage Choices among European Consumers”, explores the factors influencing consumer behavior patterns connected with novel food needs and choices.

Authors of the article are  Assoc. Prof. Iva Slivar, Assoc. Prof. Tamara Floričić, MSc Anica Dobran Černjul (FET “Dr. Mijo Mirković”, Juraj Dobrila University of Pula, Croatia), and Assoc. Prof. Francesca Checchinato (Venice School of Management, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy).
