After the conclusion of the working part of the “FET 2024” conference program, Friday 11th October 2024 is dedicated to the “Heritage Tour”, and the guided visits to the historical sites of Pula and Brijuni National Park. We would be delighted if you could join us in exploring Pula's fascinating history and its scenic surroundings! 

We will meet in front of the Arch of Sergi at 9 a.m. and then head to the magnificent Pula Amphitheater and the old town center with its city gates and temples on the Roman Forum.

At 11 a.m. we will depart by boat for a charming sail through Pula Harbor to Brijuni National Park, where we will discover more about the park's historical and natural heritage and enjoy an early afternoon buffet lunch. Our plan is to return to Pula by 4 p.m.

* In case of bad weather, we have planned for a backup itinerary (by bus) to visit the picturesque towns of Poreč and Rovinj, which hold some of the most important Istrian UNESCO sites (House of Batana and Euphrasian Basilica).
