Therefore, authors must distinguish between the Template for Submission of the Paper and the Template for the Final Version of the Paper. The Template for Submission of the Paper should be submitted without the names and personal information of the authors (the Cover Letter Template should be completed with the authors' personal information). The paper prepared according to the Template for the Final Version of the Paper should be submitted after the Editors have informed the author that the paper has been accepted for publication.
