The review process in scientific publishing is the foundation of a sustainable and high-quality academic community. It reflects the quality of the papers and the knowledge of their authors. Articles published in the journal support and embody scientific methodology. Therefore, it is important to accept and respect the standards of expected publication ethics. The submitted paper must be the author's original work.

Authors' Responsibilities: originality of the submitted article; authorship of the submitted article; citation of the sources used; avoiding the disclosure of personal and sensitive information, as well as conflicts of interest (including any financial, personal, or other relationships that could improperly influence or may adversely affect other persons or organizations); avoiding fundamental errors in papers; avoiding multiple/simultaneous submissions and publications; respecting the standards of scientific work.

The submitted paper must not have been previously published (except in the form of an abstract of a paper presented at a conference), and must not have been submitted for publication to other publishers. In addition, the submission of the paper must be approved by all authors (if there is more than one author). If the article is accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form in any language without the consent of the copyright holder. By submitting the article, the author accepts all of the above conditions.

Reviewers' Duties: contribute to the editorial decision; check the originality of the paper; check the quality of the paper; provide high-quality and useful comments for the authors; be objective; maintain the confidentiality of information; avoid conflicts of interest.

Editors' Duties: make a fair decision regarding the publication of the paper; assign reviewers; promptly inform the authors of the reviewer's opinion; make final adjustments when publishing the article, but not more than 10% of the article; maintain confidentiality.
