FET 2024 - Paper submissions

We are pleased to announce that the 'FET 2024' conference has received over 70 paper submissions from authors around the globe; we are honoured and grateful for your interest in the conference.

After having completed the desk review of the submitted abstracts and full papers we are glad to confirm the following:

- by now all authors should have received confirmation that their abstract/full paper has been accepted or declined for presentation at the FET 2024 conference - please do let us know as soon as possible if you haven't received a response in this regard;

- by now all authors of full papers accepted for presentation at the conference, which have expressed multiple preferences in terms of publication outlets (e.g., partner journals alongside the conference proceedings) should have agreed and confirmed with the 'FET 2024' Organizing committee their final selection of the concrete publication outlet, in line with recommendations received after our initial desk review. 

If your full paper has been accepted for presentation at the conference, and you have expressed preference for several publication outlets but still haven't heard back from the 'FET 2024' Organizing committee please reach out to us as soon as possible!

- we anticipate that full papers accepted for presentation at the conference, which will be published in the conference proceedings, will receive reviewers' feedback throughout August and September 2024, depending on reviewers' availability during summer months. At the same time, much will depend on the availability of authors and their diligence in incorporating reviewers' comments and suggestions over the same period.

Nonetheless, we wish to emphasize that all full papers accepted for presentation at the conference whose authors have chosen the conference proceedings as their preferred publication outlet will be published, provided that: 

1) the paper has indeed been presented at the conference and, 

2) that reviewers' comments and suggestions have been addressed.

We believe that the publication of the conference proceedings in late 2024/early 2025 will give all authors enough time to deliver the best possible version of their paper.
