Devices provided by the conference organizer:

• Laptops (with MS Office and Adobe Reader)
• Projectors and Screens
• Laser pointers

Materials provided by the presenters:

• PowerPoint or PDF files
• Presentation handouts (optional)
• Note: Presenters should arrive 15 minutes before the session to copy the presentation file to the provided laptop and try if it works.

Duration of each presentation

• Oral presentation: 10 minutes of presentation including Q&A

Dress Code

• All participants are required to dress business casual, business or formally. Casual wear is not acceptable.
