The Faculty of Economics and Tourism (FET) is offering two exciting Erasmus+ internship positions for motivated students eager to gain practical international experience. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to social media marketing, event planning and promotion, international cooperation, and administrative activities while working in a dynamic academic environment.
Host Organisation: Faculty of Economics and Tourism (FET)
Location: City centre
Working hours: Part-time – up to 24 hours per week
Duration: 2 months up to 12 months
Number of positions: 2
Start: from September 1st, 2026.
Interns will work closely with the Dean and Vice-Deans, the Projects Department, and administrative and academic staff, providing operational and administrative assistance and contributing to the Faculty’s communication, international visibility, and outreach activities.
Main Tasks
Primary focus:
Social media marketing and digital communication
Managing and creating content for the Faculty’s social media channels
Promotion of Faculty activities, EU projects, and study programmes
Event management, organisation, and promotion of academic and public events
International cooperation:
Support in international relations and cooperation activities
Assistance in communication with international partners and institutions
Support for international projects, initiatives, and visiting guests
Contribution to international visibility and engagement activities
Administrative and support tasks:
Administrative support to Faculty management and departments
Assistance with documentation, correspondence, and data organisation
Organisational support for projects, events, and promotional activities
Preparation of reports, lists, and basic administrative records
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Profile of the Candidate
Interest in marketing, communication, international cooperation, and administrative work
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in communication, social media, administrative, or international activities is an advantage, but not mandatory
Knowledge of photo editing and visual design tools is an advantage, but not mandatory
